She was knowledgeable about and helpful with our meal selections and her smile and personality lit up the room. Emmaline truly made us feel as though we were longtime friends as she welcomed us into her home, Del Frisco's Grille. It is seldom that we have the fortune to meet a person who is not only warm and welcoming, friendly and outgoing, but also shows a dedication to making their customer's experience the best it can be. We found the food to be top notch with no complaints, but what impressed us the most and made our day, was not the ambiance, but the service rendered by one of the best, if not THE BEST, waitresses/waitpersons that we have ever had the fortune to have take care of us, Ms. As soon as we walked into Del Frisco's Grill, we were impressed by the design of its space, which created a welcoming and relaxing look and feel, to the friendliness of its staff.įrom the moment we entered Del Frisco's and were ushered to our table, we were not only treated like old customers, but as family friends as well. area among other neighboring communities. I know there are much better places for quality of meat and price equity. why? why he made conversation or ask about the meal to other tables and not ours? we are customers right? or was he afraid of something? "C" our friendly server tried to do her best, but i think she needs to know more a little bit about table manners (the knives girl!!!!!!)Īs a new experience, i dont pretend to come back or give another chance to this place. We saw the manager going or hopping table to table last night, and once he made eye contact with my husband and he never approach. You could taste all the alcohol and thats not the point of this kind of wine. The wine i ordered was "room temperature" it was a red rioja, that even it they sell by glass you have to keep it under refrigeration for best conditions to taste it. on the other hand my husband had a sirloin that was not tasty at all not charbroiled like mine. and it was hard to chew, not what i was expecting. i could take the burn almost like they did on purpose. i asked for medium and was cooked OK not much juice come out. im not a conocieur of meats but for a US$42 piece of NY strip i expected better.
brussel sprouts were over cooked (for not to say charbroil) and the steaks.
wedge salad was good as same as the shrimp cocktail (but the tartar/radish sauce was kinda funny taste) hmmmm ( in this high end class restaurant?) then we ordered and the server brought us the knives.and just left them "just like that" pointin us with the blade? i dont know too muhc about etiquete but at least you can do is leave it right next to ur table cutlery right?įood didnt took long to come to the table. i was never going to let nothing to ruin my celebration. us was not clean, there were some rests of water, was in the corner, even when there were other tables available they gave us that one. So with high expecations we went to their location at Bishop road in Plano.įirst. It was my b-day celebration a reason enough to go and celebrate at Del Friscos, who doesnt want to eat a nice cut of steak.
